It is easy to install, the brightness is very good, and it is not dazzling.

We love the amount of light that is cast from these. Our previous pendants basically shined straight down onto our island. These cast soft light around our whole whole space! They are a little wonky to get the poles that cover the cords to screw together, would be the only negative. The instructions are not very comprehensive if you do not have experience wiring in a light. But overall, we are VERY happy with them and would definitely recommend!
